Tandoori roan. A whole thigh, with spicy, soft meat.
| I suppose these dishes are chicken burra and badam pasanda.
| Shahi paneer. Very good sauce. Sweeter paneer than I usually see, at
least in the states.
| Sheermal.

We had roti, which I didn't photograph:
- tandoori roti - good
- romali roti - sweet, but not sweet enough to eat with things, yet
too sweet to have alone. (Caveat: my notes could be mixing this up
with the sheermal.)
| The demolished tandoori roan. Compare this picture to the earlier one.
| Dessert: rice pudding. Starchy.

After Dinner
|
|
After dinner, we visited India Gate, a large monument in line with the
capitol (a la the Washington Monument). It's hard to see in the dark.
Artificially brightened.
