Lake Needwood, with its placid surface, surrounding dense forest, and
under a cloudy sky, reminds me of Lake
Padden in Washington state. I took this picture looking north from
a ridge at the south end of Lake Needwood.
Ibid, looking in the opposite direction (south). I took this mainly
for completeness and to show how seclude the area is.
A 360-degree panoramic movie around a pretty and green segment of the
Matthew Henson Trail, simply to show the look of the area I was biking
through. Play it with sound to hear the birds and the stream.
At one point a deer crossed the path in front of me in the distance.
