Dinner at Star Seafood Restaurant (Ming2 Xing1)
Star Seafood Restaurant / Ming Xing Seafood Restaurant. Aside from the
unusual lighting, it looks like any other big Chinese restaurant.
The platter of Peking duck ingredients.
My peking duck wrap, complete with a blossom of chives (?) and a light
smear of hoisin sauce.
I don't remember what this is. It's probably fried seafood of some form.

Prawns with squash over udon noodles. I remember liking this dish a
lot.
Mutton and cabbage soup.

We also had shanghai soup dumplings (xiao long bao), which were actually pretty good (certainly better than I expected). (I've grown picky about my soup dumplings.)

Elsewhere in Hong Kong Island
Heading home, on the tram ride back to the metro station, I spotted this
skyscraper lit to look like steps, or like a volume control or perhaps a
signal meter on a mobile phone.
