| Claypot. Traditionally a New Year's dish, it includes ham, shrimp, egg
dumplings (little pockets made of egg with pork inside), fried fish,
duck, vermicelli noodles, and lettuce. Properly seasoned.
Incidentally, I think the egg dumplings were delicious, and I plan to
try to make them.
