|
| Most of my hike was along this stream.
| I took this picture to add to my growing collection of pictures of rock
towers.
| Yours truly.
| Through this field, one can see the hills border that Ashland on the west.

| A stairway, nicer than one would expect in a park, framed by trees.
| Another part of the stream which runs through Lithia Park.
| I read in the sun under this tree for a while.

Near my lunch restaurant, one can see clear across the valley to the hills that
border Ashland on the east.
If you look very closely, you can see that the last little remnants of
snow at the top of the rightmost hill hasn't entirely melted.
| Lela's Cafe, my
lunch destination, a bit off the beaten path.
| Inside.
| My bbq chicken panini, salad with balsamic dressing, and cute little
cherry tomato halves on cucumber slices.

| Tabu, my dinner
destination, has both a restaurant and a bar.
| A pan showing the character of Tabu's dining room.
| Chips and salsa.
| Duck enchiladas in a mole sauce, topped with tomatoes, green onions,
chilies, and cheese, and accompanied by rice and beans.

| A Mexican chocolate torte, which the waitress called an "almost flourless
chocolate cake."
