| A lovely, excellent tunnel of green, near the start of the hike.
| A huge, mossy tree stump. It's at least a dozen feet across! The
tree trunks in the background and on the left are normal-sized, perhaps
two or three feet in diameter.
| Another perspective on the same huge stump. This picture perhaps gives a
better impression of its scale.
There were a few very large stumps like this scattered throughout the
park.
| A view of the distant bay.

| Although it may seem as if I'm holding the camera at an angle, I'm not!
Rather, I filmed this movie because I was shocked that these two
branching trees grew at such an angle out of the ground. As the movie
progresses, you can see how much one of these trees looms over and
across the path. I'm impressed that the roots are deep, solid, and
heavy enough to counter-balance the clear imbalance of the tree's center
of mass.
| A quite wide, very tall tree. In order to stitch this photo together, I
had to keep the same exposure settings for the bottom and top of the
tree. Sadly, that means the top of the tree disappears in the
upper-half of the picture. If I recall correctly, the tree, along with
the tree immediately left of it, stretched beyond the top of the frame.
| The glade by Alambique Flat and its tall trees. The area reminded me a
lot of Yosemite. Also, I particularly like the colors in the last
quarter of the video.
| Many tones of deep green foliage can be seen along the trail.

| The angle and density of these trees appeals to me; I'm not sure why.
| An improved version of the previous video. This version is a nearly full
panorama from the same place.
If you listen closely, you can hear frogs and birds in the background.
There's even a very strange-sounding bird that makes a "clop" at the very
beginning of the video.
| A video that includes a vista I spotted on the hike back down, plus an
area called The Meadows, both as proof that the trail wasn't entirely
through a forest.
