Lunch

For lunch, I had pineapple cottage cheese, plus strawberries, and matzah.
Dinner
For dinner, I made chicken cakes according to a recipe from the Google Cookbook. Really, the recipe is much like that for crab cakes, except made with chicken, and sauteed/fried, not deep-fried. This picture is of the chicken mixture before frying.
The chicken cakes. They were neat, and tasted vaguely Indian.
