We stopped by a few of Paris's top chocolatiers who happened to be in 
the area, most notably <a target=_blank 
href="http://www.jphevin.com/">Jean-Paul Hevin</a>.  Jean-Paul Hevin had 
an impressive variety of single-source chocolate (i.e., chocolate bars 
grown from beans in a particular country).
