Fried chicken, collard greens, and mashed potatoes. The boneless (!) fried chicken was very good, moist, and with an excellent, tasty batter. Di yin said it may be the best she's ever had, and she's a connoisseur.
The mashed potatoes were really buttery. I found I needed to ignore the spicy, really fatty/rich biscuit gravy, as the two were overwhelming together.
The collard greens were acidic, which Di Yin said makes them go well with the potatoes.
