Braised pork ribs.  I really liked these; they're the characteristic deep 
meaty taste in, for instance, at <a target=_blank 
href="/2009_05_31_to_2009_06_21-shanghai_and_xi'an/2009_06_19/IMG_4064.html">Jishi's 
twice-cooked pork</a> (though Jishi's pork was better).
