The bearded papas were surprisingly different.<ul><li>The vanilla filling 
had a texture like custard.</li><li>The chocolate filling was much 
thicker, more like mousse.</li><li>The chestnut was a bit custardy and 
definitely nutty, but not overly chestnutty (a fact I 
appreciated).</li></ul>
