| The menu. Yes, there's an 81 RMB item (compared to most items which are
around 10 RMB). The 81 RMB item is pure crab meat steamed dumplings
(chun2 xie4 fen3 tang1 bao1).

ear?), and a soft, fluffy dinner roll (better than any I've had on
flights in America).
