For dessert, we shared a chocolate mascarpone mousse.  Served in a goblet,
it was intensely chocolaty, so dense that we couldn't finish it between
the three of us.  The cherries on top, black from being coated in
chocolate (though they may have been black cherries), added a nice touch.  
Perhaps cooked down a bit, they were softer than fresh cherries.  Some had
a bit of a skin and snap to them, not unlike grapes.
