Our third entree was "rosemary orange roasted duck."  It was well
executed, nicely juicy and with tasty, crispy skin.  It was served with
fresh green beans and a controversial mushroom risotto.  I really didn't
like the risotto because of some cheese (blue/goat?) I detected in it, but
my parents liked it.
