We also shared the eggplant manicotti.  Eggplant wrapped around ricotta,
goat cheese, spinach, and possibly a few roasted vegetables, it had an
unusual flavor that we initially thought might just be the roasted
nature of the ingredients but eventually decided was tarragon.  The dish
was pleasing, if unusual.
