One was a simple, standard chicken carbonara.  Served with chicken, peas,
and pancetta, it was fettuccine dressed lightly in a cream sauce. I
appreciated the lightness, though mom would've preferred more sauce. In
any case, we remarked the pancetta/bacon was subtle; we would've preferred
it to be more noticeable.
