Kabuli is a specialty of Jodhpur and one of this restaurant's specialties. 
It's vegetables baked with rice, milk, pieces of bread, and fruits.  Had
a kick in places.  I liked it.  <Br /> One vegetable was <a target=_blank
href="../2007_10_17/IMG_6131.html">that weird root again</a> (arrowroot?), but could simply be
potato I suppose.
