Vegetarian platter. Clockwise from upper-left: subzi (spinach), kadu (mashed pumpkin), and baunjan (mashed eggplant). The spinach/collards, cooked in oil and garlic, were soft, almost like an Indian aloo dish. I liked it. The pumpkin mash (which tasted more like sweet poatoes) were decent. It was sweetened. The eggplant tasted more like a tangy tomato mush. It was okay.
