June 3rd 2007: Israel in the Gardens Festival

Apologies for the bad color: I accidentally had my camera set in "tungsten" mode, a mode that significantly distorts colors when used in daylight.

The really beauty in this small collection of imagery is the two high-resolution panoramic movies I took. They do a terrific job of capturing the feel of festival, located as it is in a downtown park (Yerba Buena Gardens). The first movie is from the terrace level, just above the waterfall. One can see the green plaza level, the skyscrapers looming above, and a row of vendors. The second panoramic movie is from the lower level. One can see the grass and trees, the row of food vendors (distant), and the back sides of social group booths (near, among the trees). It's taken from where I sat and ate lunch among the trees.

There are movies associated with this collection.
